My good friend from college, Mandy Mayfield (a professional photographer, and very good, I must say) came to spend the day with Xavier and I on Friday. We didn't do anything spectacular . . . just hung around, played with Xavier, and of course, took some pictures. We ate at Rush's for lunch, which is ALWAYS yummy. Mandy doesn't have a Rush's in Greer, so she is happy to indulge my craving when she comes to Columbia. We had a great day visiting and Xavier is always thrilled to have someone other than me to play with in the house. Mandy, thanks for the day . . . we will come visit you in Greer soon!
Quotable Quotes from Xavier
While Curtis and I were in Las Vegas, Xavier stayed with his Grandmama and Granddaddy and his Mema.
The first day we were gone, Xavier was playing with his Grandmama. The Browns have an old gumball machine in their entryway, and Xavier wanted to play with the "balls" that were inside. Being quite the sorter, Xavier started organizing the gumballs.
He looked at a group of them and said, "Grandmama, those colorful balls make a triangle."
So smart!
