Lilypie 4th Birthday Ticker

Quotable Quotes from Xavier

While Curtis and I were in Las Vegas, Xavier stayed with his Grandmama and Granddaddy and his Mema.

The first day we were gone, Xavier was playing with his Grandmama. The Browns have an old gumball machine in their entryway, and Xavier wanted to play with the "balls" that were inside. Being quite the sorter, Xavier started organizing the gumballs.

He looked at a group of them and said, "Grandmama, those colorful balls make a triangle."

So smart!

Some Fun in the SUN!

I think my family and I have spring fever! We have been working in our yard for about 3 weeks anticipating the sun and warm weather. And, of course, Xavier is loving every minute of it! He LOVES to be outside! Here are some pictures of our play . . . before and after some work!

Xavier has a handful of bouncy rubber balls, so he decided to throw them around outside! Here he is throwing, trying to catch, and chasing them!

Still more . . . it looks like Xavier is in deep thought in the middle picture!

From bouncy balls to the old standby - Xavier's car . . . he has pushed this thing around the yard, driveway, and roads in our neighborhood since he was about 11 months old! And he still LOVES it! This is one of the few toys I can say that about!

Time for spider killing . . . Yes, I have taught my son to kill bugs . . . I'm a terrible person.

During Xavier's play, and my frantic snapping of pictures, Curtis was taking it easy! But, not for long . . .

Xavier has discovered a new reason to have a wheelbarrow!
