Okay, so any of you who know me know I am NOT a "Monster Truck Jam 2008" kind of girl. However, I am apparently raising a little redneck (much like his Daddy) who loves WWE, monster trucks, tractors and everything similar. So, when Curtis came into a pair of free tickets to the show, we thought we would try it out.
Now, the first thing everyone said to us when we told them of our plans was "it might be too loud". Yes, we thought of that, so we took "P & P" (pacifier and puppy) and earmuffs, and off we went.
Xavier was OVERWHELMED, but in a good way. We probably wouldn't have made it through without the comfort tools (P&P), or without my hands over his little ears at the loudest parts. But, Xavier LOVED it! Who would've thought?!
Quotable Quotes from Xavier
While Curtis and I were in Las Vegas, Xavier stayed with his Grandmama and Granddaddy and his Mema.
The first day we were gone, Xavier was playing with his Grandmama. The Browns have an old gumball machine in their entryway, and Xavier wanted to play with the "balls" that were inside. Being quite the sorter, Xavier started organizing the gumballs.
He looked at a group of them and said, "Grandmama, those colorful balls make a triangle."
So smart!

Monster Truck Jam 2008
And, there are always tractors, everywhere we go, for Xavier to enjoy . . . . In fact, we were outside just this morning watching one . . .
