Since Elizabeth had to start back to school and Laura Katherine was going back to Ms. Wanda's, we decided to take one last trip to the zoo for the summer. The kids are getting older and more independent, so it was more interesting than it has been before, and of course, it was so HOT, but we all had a blast!
Xavier was more concerned about the rocks in the giraffe exhibit than the actual giraffe standing RIGHT BESIDE HIM, but oh well. It made for a cute picture!
The koala was actually awake!
