Sick!

For those of you who don't "Facebook", you may not have known that BOTH of my boys were sick ALL last week! Xavier must have caught it from school. He started "getting sick", to put it nicely, late Friday night, of course, while Curtis was on night call. I thought it was just food poisoning, or a 24 hour thing, but it turns out it was quite the stomach virus! Curtis started up on Sunday night, WHILE he was on call at the hospital. Both of them were sick for the rest of the week. Xavier took it the hardest - his symptoms were more severe for longer. Curtis was over the hard stuff after a couple of days, but neither of them is eating quite right yet.

I had to get a picture of this . . . both boys asleep in the den! Common for Curtis, but CRAZY rare for Xavier!

So, all week long, I was either doing laundry (I think I did about 12 loads in a week!), for obvious reasons, or I was stocking up on necessities. When I wasn't doing either of those things, I was washing my hands, Lysoling EVERYTHING, and praying that I would not catch what they had!
All is well now, thank goodness. Life is back to normal, and we are GRATEFUL!!!
