Lilypie 4th Birthday Ticker

Quotable Quotes from Xavier

While Curtis and I were in Las Vegas, Xavier stayed with his Grandmama and Granddaddy and his Mema.

The first day we were gone, Xavier was playing with his Grandmama. The Browns have an old gumball machine in their entryway, and Xavier wanted to play with the "balls" that were inside. Being quite the sorter, Xavier started organizing the gumballs.

He looked at a group of them and said, "Grandmama, those colorful balls make a triangle."

So smart!

The 2008 Outstanding Clinician of the Year

Curtis was given the Clinician of the Year award by the CRNA students at USC again this year. We went to the banquet again and got to get all dressed up!

Curtis' parents kept Xavier, so we met them at Atlanta Bread Company to drop him off, and then we were off for the night! Curtis and I appreciate our parents so much for always helping us with Xavier. I got to meet a lot of the students at the banquet, and they were all so complimentary of Curtis.
Curtis got a little embarrassed when I took his picture, but I am so proud of him!

Curtis has really enjoyed his job, and he is obviously a great teacher for the students that he is with on a daily basis. We now have two plaques to prove that!
Congratulations Yood . . . I love you!
