A Learning Express store opened the weekend before Thanksgiving in the Village at Sandhills. They hired someone to dress up like Elmo and walk around outside. We were getting out of our car to go eat at Moe's and Elmo was standing right there. Curtis hurried so Xavier would get to see him and I immediately grabbed my camera out of my purse - moment captured!
I was actually pretty surprised that Xavier walked right up to him and was willing to have his picture made with him - he did great, though he does look a little tentative in this picture!
